Excel Crashes Every Time While Closing The Document | Solution

When closing Excel (2003 or 2007) it will crash and stop working.  Meantime if will first close the opened files and after that the Excel itself exits normally.

The following error description may appears when crashing:

This problem is very old hence Windows restore is not applicable.

SOLUTION:

Note: Try to backup your registry when you are making any changes.
 
Try disabling your Excel add-ins and test. If this doesn't work, try changing the value of LoadBehavior from 3 to 0 under this registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins
